Expanding on the idea of digital repurposing something iconic from the Punk era and feeding in research an idea based around creating a digital repurposed collection of punkzines. Capturing there physicality within a digital output as a way of showing the influence of technology within the distribution and production of publications and other printed material. 

Scamps

Use analogue textures digitally recreated to show this transition between print and digital. 

Use 3D vector imaging with shadowing using digital or analogue textures to add depth to flat digital design. 

Play around with spray paint, a connotation of rebellion and something often used in punk zines. It could be a physical recreation of a digital gradient.

Use photocopied shapes to work from for the zine formats.

Digital deconstruct a scanned in punk zine and present this deconstruction ad a means of showing the death of these kind of distributed political agenda print material. 

Use the date of the debut album release as a central cue to link The Jam to the punk movement era. 

Smiley face emojis = common punk connotation. 

Use crazy shapes and patterns, clashing colors, textures, illegible text to act as a high impact piece that draws people to unpick the individual elements. 

Use the names of old punkzines like sniffing glue to create a digital library of all these deceased zines.
